| Abstract | The article is devoted to the voltage regulators used at the design of ultrasonic technological devices. The schemes of thyristor and chopper voltage regulators are discussed, their advantages and disadvantages of these circuits are named. The results of application of different circuits and rules of regulation are analyzed.
