Abstract
The article is devoted to the development and study of the defoaming process. The device with the radiator in the form of flexural vibrating disk was designed. It was shown, that the ap-plication of high-intensity ultrasonic vibrations let accelerate the process of foam sedimentation, On the base of the analysis of the results of experimental studies of the defoaming process the opti-mum modes and conditions of ultrasonic influence on brewer foam and lather are recommended.
