This device is used for high-intensity ultrasonic processing of liquid and liquid dispersed media (molten metals, salt melts, oils, solder alloys and etc) at high temperature and under high pressure (up 1 MPa).
The distinctive feature of this device is that it has hermetically sealed intermediate of the vibrating system (booster) cooling with water (or any other heat-transfer liquid).
The device consists of electronic generator (model “Volna”) with a time register and an output power control (10-100%), ultrasonic piezoelectric vibrating system in metal case with forced air cooling and special technological volume.
